Camper Drop Off and/or Pick Up

We are careful to know where every camper is at all times, from the moment they arrive at the bus stop each morning. Please use the direction below and follow these guidelines for a smooth drop off or pick up, if you need to drive your camper for any reason.

Please email attendance at peninsuladaycamp.org the day before to inform Camp of the change in drop off, pick up or if your camper wakes up ill or misses the bus.

Include the following information in the email:

- Camper name

- Grade in the Fall

- Unit if you know it

- Bus stop they normally take

- If your camper will be missing the day or what time they will be arriving/departing

- Who will be driving your camper. If it's not a parent/gaurdian, send a camper release form. This form can be handed in or emailed to attendance at peninsuladaycamp.org

Below are the directions for driving to Huddark Park, when you arrive, proceed directly to headquarters (HQ) located in the Oak Area, to sign in/out your camper. Camp staff will retrieve or deliver your camper from/to their unit. Please do not drive your car around camp.

The process can take 5-15 minutes so please allow yourself the time needed.

Due to buses, picking up a camper in the afternoon needs to be prior to 2:45 PM. Buses arrive between 2:45-3:00 PM which can block you in or out of Camp.
