2022 Camp Fees and Policies

Due to health safety concerns, Camp might make schedule or service adjustments as seen fit.
Camp Policies Please review before registration.
Camp is one session over two weeks
Bus schedules will be provided by location with specific pick up and drop off times.
First week of Camp is July 11th - July 15th daily. Camp starts at 9am and ends around 4pm.
Second week of Camp is July 18th - July 22nd. This week offers sleepover options for all ages. Thursday is an ALL Camp overnight and Camp ends Friday at 12pm.
Campers without a volunteer
$725 per camper (females 4 years old until entering 10th grade)
Camper with a part-time 5-day volunteer
$400 per camper (females 4 years old until entering 10th grade)
Camper with a full-time 10-day volunteer
$40 for the first camper
$135 for additional camper(s)
$135 for tag-a-longs (males and preschoolers)
Aides - Teen volunteers
$40 per aide male or female (entering 10th, 11th, 12th or is graduating)
$180 copay per family
Application will be sent and supporting documents will be required. Approval will be based on need and availability.Applicants must be an at-camp or Camp Support volunteer.
Camp Support Jobs (Formally Home Jobs)
If a parent/guardian takes on a Camp Support Job, their camper(s) will be admitted into Camp and possibly receive a small refund based on the job selected.
NOTE: If we are unable to have camp for health safety reasons per Girl Scouts or San Mateo County health guidelines, we will process refunds based on days missed and minus a $50 administration fee.
If your camper(s) get COVID and is unable to attend Camp: verification of a doctors note will be required and Camp will provide a partial refund up to 50% of the days missed.
